Dear Campbellsport Area Business Leaders;

On Wednesday March 3, 2004 your Campbellsport Area Chamber of Commerce will be holding it’s second annual meeting at the Amber. See the attached flyer for details. Thank you for your support and increasing participation in the various Chamber events.

We have had a very successful year, and have accomplished a great deal in 2003. We also have plans to continue to make the area a better place to live, and want and need your business participation. Our annual meeting will be informative and your attendance is vital for our continued growth and enthusiasm.

This year the Chamber must nominate and vote on a new Vice President and Secretary/Treasurer. The directors of the Chamber are asking you to please consider names for these positions and send your suggested names in with your reply and menu selections, which is attached. Remember too, if you want to be a director, don’t be shy about putting your name in the blank.

As an incentive those responding by February 13, will receive a FREE DRINK TICKET. If you bring a potential new member you will receive TWO FREE DRINK TICKETS one for you and one for your potential new member courtesy of the CACC.

Please even though you can’t make the meeting your ideas on candidates, are important, so please reply. The Chamber has come alive and the directors will be there to support the new office holders and help in any way they can. We need these names before the annual meeting so we can be assured of a continuous and smooth transition, both for directors and committee chairpersons.
